The flat is well located, close to the train station, hospital, and woodland walks with open fields nearby, and has a garden that you’re welcome to use.

The room currently has a new double bed and mattress (not the single pictured).

You’ll share a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and washing facilities.

The rent is £575 per month (all bills included) – covering gas, electric, water, council tax (band A), and internet.

This would suit someone who enjoys both independence and friendly companionship, as I am often away part of the week. Ideal for a student, hospital worker, or professional seeking a calm and welcoming base in Truro.
