1 Room to let within semi rural farmhouse in 10 acres of pastureland where several ponies graze. The farm is a pony & poultry sanctuary and the ponies are all rescued as are the poultry.
I am heavily involved in all aspects of rescue including dogs. Seven dogs currently live with me at home.
People looking to stay at the farm must be animal oriented.
The farm is situated in a lovely, peaceful location and is ideal for those looking for " A quiet life" with no disruptions at all. Full privacy for my guests. Couples will be considered but the rent advertised is for single occupancy. There will be an uplift in cost for a couple if I am able to meet a couples requirements.
I am looking for working people preferably but this is not essential if there are genuine reasons.
Male guests prefered .

Transport is a requirement due to the location of the property however as a local public service is not available.
