Hello!
I have a small double room with private bathroom right next door to the bedroom and plenty of wardrobe/ storage space in the room. It is a 2 bed house with drive-way parking available for 1 car.
Access to shared spaces is restricted so the room is largely catered for someone who is out of the property alot and just needs a place to crash/store belongings etc..
This is for a short term basis ie: a few days to a few weeks. The room comes with desk space.
Marazion is a 10 minute walk and Penzance is a 5 minute drive. Lots of supermarkets and retail stores nearby.
