Room available in family home

Furnished double room to rent in Mabe, near Penryn and Falmouth University.
The house is shared with me and my 9-year-old son, so I'm looking for a clean, respectful lodger.
The room is £600 per month for single occupancy, all bills included, on a rolling one-month basis. For double occupancy, the rent increases to £750 per month.
You'll have your own kitchen, plus access to a shared bathroom and shared living room. There's a small back garden and a big drive with plenty of parking. It's a relaxed family home, ideal for a professional or student.
