Apart from running my own garden design and build company I also occasionally work on films. I have a film coming up in in Chile from 7 sept - the end of December so you pretty much will have the house to yourself (hence the higher price ) as I will working away. happy to discuss this all further plus a possible longer stay past December if it works for us both.

It’s a stunning place with incredible walks on your door step and rising sun views of the countryside to wake up too.. with the stunning Helford passage 15 mins away and west coast 33 mins.. north coast 42 mins away… Log burner too 😀

The bathroom is a shower only no bath, sink and toilet room connected to the bedroom.
Super fast wired EE broadband WiFi. Tv .. pates pots pans, glasses, plates etc .. everything! new oven / induction hob, new large washer dryer .. bell tent/ fire pit garden.. wood fired ninger grill in the gardrn . Private parking 😀
