Large double room

This is a shared home where you will have lots of space and privacy but also feel at home, with shared cuppas and meals, if that's your vibe too. The room is a large double, furnished bedroom with new inbuilt wardrobes, comfy bed and lots of storage. The house has a relaxed and creative feel, we like art and music - listening to it and playing it, but not too late during the week. The shower room and toilet upstairs are only shared by two. There's a large sitting room with sofas and flat screen TV - space for relaxing and unwinding, mainly for your use.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer- also a dining table for six so plenty of room for friends over. At the rear of house is a downstairs bedsit with it's own bathroom and separate entrance (occupied but next to the kitchen). We have a large front garden which you can relax in and work on if you wish.
Mount Hawke is a small village between St Agnes and Porthtowan and about a mile and a half from each. Great walks within 200M through the woods and out onto the cliffs, but Truro is 9 miles away and bus only once an hour so you would need a car.
I am looking for people who are kind, relaxed, and have a sense of humour! I think it is important to meet first too so we can decide if living here will work for you and us.
I can't really accept pets as I also have a small black and white rescue dog who is friendly, and fortunately pretty quiet. Best wishes, Sue
