One Double Room in a 2 Bed Bungalow - Mount Hawke

Cozy room in a 2 bedroom bungalow in Mount Hawke. Nice bathroom and living room, the kitchen is quite small - it’s a bit awkward with more than two people in! The room for rent is a bit quirky due to its shape, not a small room but it is awkward to fit a double bed. The pictures show how I had it, where there was previously a cupboard. I wasn’t sure how I’d like it, but I found it super cozy!

There’s a nice back garden which gets lots of light through the day, parking in the front for 2 cars, although street parking is fine also (no permits needed)

The flatmate is my brother, I’m moving out for 2 years to study abroad starting September. Any duration of stay is fine longer than one month up until summer of 2026 when I will return to Cornwall.

Price is for all bills included, and the place is fully furnished - can’t see in the living room in the pictures but there’s 2 recliner sofas and a tv. The room has a standing clothes rail, storage above the bed and a desk.

Looking for a flatmate who enjoys the outdoors, takes advantage of the location visiting the amazing beaches nearby!
