I’m looking to rent out both the loft conversion room (limited headspace) and an annexe in the garden. The annexe currently has no running water but does have a compost loo. The cottage is a big renovation project, it will be quite chaotic at first, also I have three very excitable but VERY friendly dogs and a couple of cats too! Plans are to put a dormer window in the loft room and run water and sewage up to the annexe so it will end up “self-contained”. Personally, I like a lot of sport and the peace and quiet of the countryside. I’m laid back and quiet, but do enjoy a clean and organised house. I’m also part of the queer community and my dogs are my world though I do appreciate they can be a bit boisterous when people arrive at the house so dog confidence would be a must.
