I have a furnished room available in my four bedroom house in St Newlyn East. £500pcm, all bills included. Available now (March).

The room has a double bed, two sets of drawers and a small desk/table and chair. There is a large cupboard on the landing with hanging space.

Shared use of kitchen, laundry room and shower room. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. On street parking. The house is in the centre of the village, close to the pub and shop.

There are four bedrooms, one has an en-suite so the family shower room is shared between three of us and kept very clean. I work from home for the council and my housemates work full-time out of the house.

Please note there isn't a shared living space because I use this room as an office/ storage.
