I have a furnished room available in my four bedroom house in St Newlyn East. £500pcm, all bills included. Available from 16 November.

The room has a double bed, two sets of drawers and a small desk/table and chair. There are large windows on two sides so it's nice and light. There is a large cupboard on the landing with hanging space.

Shared use of kitchen, laundry room and shower room. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. On street parking. The house is in the centre of the village, close to the shop and pub.

There are four bedrooms in the house (mine plus three lodger bedrooms). One of the occupied rooms has an en-suite so the family shower room is shared between three of us and kept very clean. We are very considerate housemates, we keep the noise down and clear up after ourselves. I work for the council and my housemates work full-time out of the house.

Please note there isn't a shared living space because I use this room as an office/storage.
