Double room available in beautiful friendly shared house next to the Gannel estuary and a 10 minute walk to town. No road noise and lovely friendly community of owner occupied houses'
Room 1 has a kingsize bed, view of the pretty back garden with wardrobe and clothes rail.

Private gardens front and back, with seating areas, and south facing so a sun trap in the spring and summer.

There is also a large shed for items.

Ample parking in private car park so vans can also be accommodated.

This is not a party house. Suited to clean and tidy, environmentally aware working persons (not solely working from home) Also economical with utilities.

I work away from home and come back for 1 or 2 days every month so it will be mostly be yourself and the other tenant(s) at the house. I am always available if needed if problems arise.

I like the tenants to make it their own home so you are welcome to put any posters or pictures in your room providing you make good by filling any holes and paint afterwards.

Yourself and the other tenants have your own lounge to make your own, with 36 inch TV, large corner sofa and foot stools.

The kitchen has a 7 ring gas range with 2 ovens, large washing machine, double sink, fridge freezer, ample cupboards and extendable dining table and doors leading to the private back garden terraced area.

The bathroom has an electric sports shower and a lovely view of the estuary. There is a second toilet down stairs.
