I have lived in Newquay for over twenty years, have been a lodger myself in many shared houses in Newquay and have now been renting rooms in my home for over eight years. I work in the creative sector across events, community arts and run a small non-profit.

Dog friendly house. Cleaner comes to do communal areas every ten days/two weeks, with everyone responsible for keeping on top of day to day in these areas (as well as their own rooms).
