Nice furnished sunny double room in Central Newquay 2 minutes walk from the town centre and Towan beach. 10 minute walk to Fistral beach. Friendly, relaxed household sharing with just myself. Use of bathroom, kitchen and garden, all bills included. (reasonable usage). There is no smoking in the house. Although I would prefer Mon-Fri tenant I would consider full time for the right person. Shared living space isn't included but I would also consider this with the right tenant. Any questions feel free to ask away.
