One bed apartment in Newquay

Living Space

The apartment is a Scandi inspired one bed apartment, tucked away on Ferhnill road, Newquay. You're a few minutes walk from the high street and a few minutes more in the opposite direction gets you onto Fistral beach, but on a remarkably quiet residential street.

We're leaving for (at least) the winter and looking for someone to move in whilst we're away. It's my flat, so no dodgy subleasing going on.

The apartment is fully furnished, right down to the TV and coffee press. All our personal stuff will be gone.

The accommodation:

In the living space there is a 3 person sofa and a genuine Parker Knoll wingback for relaxing on, plus a 40" smart TV. Towards the bay window, there is a dining table and chairs for two. It's a nice spot to work from, especially in the morning sun.

There is a fully stocked (equipment wise) kitchen. Plus, a dishwasher and washing machine, housed under custom plywood worktops.

The bedroom is cosy, but there's a rail and loads of roll out storage under the bed. The clothes rail moves out into the middle of the room and you can play around with the pegs on the board to whatever configuration you like to hold your hats, handbags and hangers from.

The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate hand held shower head.

Dotted around the apartment you'll find lots of plants and well sanded plywood. It's a nice environment to be in. It's not a huge apartment, but it is open and light.

There's off street parking out the front, and a communal south facing courtyard to the rear.

£780 is the rent. You'll have a top up card for your own electricity and gas, so you can use as little or as much as you like. For wifi we can either keep mine running or you can pick up your own (works off a data sim card, mine costs £15 a month).
