The house has a good friendly atmosphere and the kitchen/dining room & outside area, lends itself towards a social environment, without being a party house.

£530 per calendar month = £122.30 per week including all bills & Wi-Fi, plus £530 deposit, which will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
