IDEALLY LOOKING FOR ALL 4 BEDROOMS TO GO TO STUDENTS FROM NEWQUAY COLLEGE BUT FOR THE 26/27 ACADEMIC YEAR BUT WILL CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS IF CANT FIND 4 STUDENTS.

4 Double bedrooms:

2 have their own shower and sink and the other 2 which are located on their own floor (top floor) have their own sinks but share a shower which is located between those 2 bedrooms. There is also a wet room on the ground floor with an additional shower, sink and toilet. The house has a total of 3 shared toilets - we can allocate these Male and Female if everyone agrees.
Looking for 4 clean and tidy people to look after our 5 bedroom Newquay property. Will prioritise tenants staying until June 2027.
Property is located on a hill close to Newquay Town and Newquay college.

3 superking beds and one double bed. Rooms have their own sink and/or shower in the room.

The lounge/kitchen is open planned - the sofas seat 9 people and there are 6 stools around a large breakfast bar which seperates the lounge and kitchen.

The lounge opens out onto a south facing patio and garden with a large brick bbq and picnic tables and chairs.

Fire system safety alarm to hoilday rental standard. Fire doors throughout, Fire alarms, smoke alarms and heat detectors. Fire extinguishers throughout and Fire blankets.
Landlord is close by and available 24/7 to assist when needed.

Students will need to provide address and contact details of parents/guardian.
