Hi lovely people!
There is 1 large attic room becoming available towards end of Sept for let. This is a girls only house (sorry lads) and you’d be sharing with 3 other girls.
Ideally looking for a grounded, chill, clean, tidy and considerate female! I may be away from the house for periods of time, so looking for someone who can treat the house as their home and look after it well. A working professional that doesn’t work from home all the time would be best. The house has recently been renovated and the location is walkable distance to town and all beaches which is v handy. Get in touch if interested. Parking is on road either on St Johns or surrounding areas.
