The house has developed a little since I made that video but gives you a good idea of the space and location. The upstairs room is taken, and my current lodger will remain in that room. There there are two rooms downstairs available. The one in the video has now been refurbished, as the photos show. But it is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa, desk and TV. Large bathroom and walk in wardrobe.
The second bedroom is shown in the photos. I can only upload so many photos on here so best to come have a viewing. Or I can privately send you pictures on WhatsApp.
