Self contained studio annexe room, with en-suite

We have a self contained studio annexe room within our family home. It comprises of a double bedroom/living area, a small kitchenette and en-suite with shower. There is also a small hallway for extra storage. The room also comes with its own entrance door, so there is no need to go through the main house. Bills are included and this also includes use of broadband. The room has gas central heating along with an electric towel rail in the en-suite. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Cubert, 30 seconds away from the village shop and local bus stop, a 2 min drive from Holywell Beach and we’re also only 10mins outside Newquay. I live in the main house with my wife and kids, we all work and go to school so are out most of the day, or otherwise we’re out enjoying the walks and beaches around where we live. This would be suited to a single person or even a couple and we are ideally looking people that will be respectful of the fact that although there is a separate entrance to the rented space, it is still part of the main house. The rent is £850/month, bills inc. or £900/month for couples
