Double room in my 3 bed house in Nansledan, Newquay, £800 per month, all bills included. I own the house and live here.

We surf, bodyboard, train calisthenics and one of us (specifically only one..) loves anime. Keen for someone who wants to integrate and hang out in the evenings but no pressure to be super social. Not a party house but happy for a few drinks here and there. We cook for each other sometimes and host friends - get involved!

- 3 bedrooms: me, one other lodger, and you
- Bathroom with bath and separate shower, shared with the other lodger, I have an en-suite
- Shared lounge and kitchen
- Parking, garage and garden
- Wifi

Available from 1 November. Minimum 3 months, with a review in March/April ahead of summer.
