This is a calm, quiet household and would suit someone who values their own space in a peaceful home environment.
Ideally, applicants will be career focussed, in full-time employment and looking for a longer-term home. The room is not suitable for smokers, students, or those seeking short-term/summer accommodation. Bills are included and usage is monitored. Wi-Fi, Sky and 1 parking space available.
