Room or rooms

I have one double room available in a three-bedroom house. My own room is the en-suite, and the two available rooms are both doubles (one is slightly smaller).

You will have full use of the house, including:
• Shared bathroom (shared with one other tenant)
• Kitchen and living room
• Rear garden – sunny from 9 am until sunset
• Parking and use of the garage

I work away during the week and return at weekends. I also have my 9-year-old son with me when it fits his schedule.

I expect the home to be kept clean, so shared responsibilities such as hoovering, mopping, cleaning the bathroom, and managing recycling/rubbish are important—just the usual standards you’d keep in your own home.
