We have a double room available in our very friendly house share, for £525 a month.
There’s currently 4 of us in the house but two of us will be moving into the annexe in the garden.
Two of us are girls studying at Newquay University and the two guys are working. Ages are between 21-26
This is a very relaxed house, we are all really close and like to spend time together.
Our landlord is a legend, he lives at the very back of the property in his own place, but do not let this put you off- we all love him!
We have 2 cats, a dog, as well as axolotls and a mantis so must like animals! A picture of Ruby, our very cute Labrador, is at the end.
