My current housemate is moving away so looking for someone new from 1st September 🌞
The flat:
It’s a two-bed, one bathroom on Pentire Crescent, located less than a 5 minute walk to south Fistral. You’d have a private parking spot just outside. The kitchen/living room is open plan, and we have our own little courtyard garden out the front equipped with a fire pit and BBQ. There’s space for a wfh desk in the living room but not in the available bedroom. The room comes fully furnished but there’s space in the attic for the bedside tables if you’re bringing your own.
Rent until 1st Nov - £580
Rent from 1st Nov - £600
Bills come to about £190 every month
About me:
I’m Dearbhla, 29 from Ireland and still relatively new to Cornwall. I love getting out and about in nature, sea swims, arts and crafts and having a good night out every now and then! I work in biodiversity conservation, which involves a mixture of wfh and doing short stints in the field over summer 🌱
Looking for:
Ideally looking to live with a female around my age - it would be great to be mates and not just co-inhabitants! Someone clean and respectful of communal areas is a must 🙏
Importantly, I’m planning to adopt a kitten in September - it would be great to find someone who loves cats and would be patient and understanding of a few crazy kitten moments while they settle into their new home 🥲
If this sounds like your cup of tea send me a message with a bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing
