Double room en-suite, 2 min walk to Tolcarne beach

We have a spacious, fully furnished double room with its own private bathroom available in our home. Big cupboard for storage!

Rental period 1st September to early December.

The house is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just a 2 minute walk from Tolcarne Beach - perfect if you love catching a morning swim or a quick post-work surf!

The room has a big storage cupboard, new bed and a very comfy Emma mattress.

The kitchen has a huge Smeg oven and hob, and state of the art LG separate washer and dryer.

The garden is a great place to unwind in the evening and have coffee in the morning.

About Us
You’ll be sharing with a friendly professional couple. Our room is upstairs and the rental room is downstairs, so it feels very private.

Will: Works from home full-time in the music and film industry
Freya: Works from home 2 days a week, in the office the rest.

We’re a sociable, easy-going household who love spending time at the beach, surfing, and swimming. We like keeping the house clean, relaxed, and welcoming.

Who We’re Looking For:
Single professional or a couple welcome. If a couple please message about the rental price.

Work setup: Since we already spend a lot of time working from home, we strongly prefer someone who works out of the house/office during the week.

Pets: We will consider someone with a well-behaved dog! 🐶
