Looking for someone to rent a room for the winter in a relaxed, friendly house in Newquay!

£570 per month – paid on the 4th of each month

The room must be vacated by 4th March
You’ll be sharing the house with 2 guys and 1 female. We're all very chilled, work full time, and enjoy spending time
We also share the house with our friendly cat and a turtle, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets.
Location: The beach is just over the road, and town is a ten minute walk. There is plenty of shared space throughout the house, and a balcony.
We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy to live with, and who wants a comfortable place to stay over the winter.
