Spare Room in Penthouse Flat Available!

We have a double room coming available soon in our 3 bedroom apartment, our previous housemate is moving out soon but unsure on exactly when and we will update this once we know a date.

The apartment is in an excellent location close to town and has a stunning 180° view of the bay (see photos) with Tolcarne and Great Western on our doorstep. Aldi & Asda within walking distance with 3 good coffee places nearby too. Dishwasher, big fridge, underfloor heating etc. Shared kitchen/lounge with an upstairs that we use to chill in too, bathroom has a shower and a small bath and is shared with one of the housemates.

About us - We are 2 guys who have lived together in Newquay for a year now, both keen surfers and work from home in sales for different companies. Joe is 22 from Kent and Charlie is 26 from Yorkshire, we're both very easy going and although clean and tidy, we're not uptight about the place being totally spotless, if you are then perhaps we aren't the best fit. When we're not going surfing or working, we are usually out seeing friends and we also like to go to Saunassa regularly too. Our housemate Ellie is moving out to live with her boyfriend so we're looking for someone to join us! Your room is the slightly smaller one in the photos, with the orange bed throw. We'd be really keen to meet whoever is interested that feels like could be a good fit, we have no preference on gender and if you wanted to meet us with Ellie then that can be arranged very easily.
