Friendly, relaxed, shared house which would suit a working person looking for somewhere long term. The house is close to the town centre and beaches but not noisy in the summer. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room with french doors onto decking and comfy lounge with EZ-boy chairs and a 50" telly. All bills are included. Wi-Fi Broadband is included. There is a split level backgarden with a sunbathing terrace and a patio with hammock. Beautiful coastal views from the rear of the house, kitchen and garden. There is also a hot and cold outside shower for the surfers and swimmers, also nice when youre having a sunbathe! The front garden has bench seats and gets the last of the sun in the summer.
The rooms all have stripped wooden floors and clean white walls and are furnished. All rooms are adjacent to the shared bathroom on the same floor. I have a loft conversion with separate bathroom so there's no rush hour!

Open to all ages but idea is for a tranquil quiet house not a party house!
Deposit is 2 weeks rent and 4 weekly rent cycles i. e. £550 every 28 days (can't show in this ad!).
No-one gets booted out in the summer, I'm looking for good long term tenants.
