We have 12 double rooms for students attending college .There is a large lounge, dinning area and a kitchen. The bedrooms all have there own en-suite and are all furnished with double beds, wardrobes, draws .All are a good size. All bills are included, There is fibre optic wifi throughout the house. All rooms have central heating. All rooms have showers There is a washing machine and tumble dryer which is on a coin meter. Plenty off street parking in our car park. The Newquay college is only a 5 min walk away, 10 min walk into town, beaches and railway station. Ideal place to live if its your first year in college. The house is in a very safe and pretty area of Newquay. The owner's accomodation is completly separate from the student house. This accomadation is for full time students only.
