We have 12 double rooms for students attending college in Newquay. There is a large lounge, dinning area and a kitchen. The bedrooms all have there own en-suite and are all furnished with double beds, wardrobes, draws and some with TV's All are a good size. All bills are included, There is fibre optic wifi throughout the house. All rooms have central heating. some rooms have showers, some with baths so choose which ever you prefer. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Plenty off street parking in our car park. The college is only a 5 min walk away, 10 min walk into town, beaches and railway station. Ideal place to live if its your first year in college. The house is in a very safe and pretty area of Newquay. The owner's accomodation is completly separate from the student house. This accomadation is for full time students only.
