The heart of Newquay, its glorious beaches and nightlife are a stones throw away. This large, clean, friendly and well-maintained home has a spacious fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. The rooms are furnished, some with sea view, an en-suite. The property benefits from central heating, a state of the art wi-fi system, security cameras. Outdoor storage is available for wetsuits, boards and bicycles. We are a fully licensed HMO and have met with rigorous safety and amenity standards. All bills and broadband are included in the rent.
