4 bedrooms in terraced cottage in penryn to rent. Open to groups or single rooms. No bills included.
House has one bath/ shower room, one toilet, a kitchen living room and an enclosed garden.
The photos attached represent the property although some cosmetic changes have been made which I have tried to show in the photos.
Viewing are possible with arrangement with the current tenants.

So rents are as follows.
Big Downstairs double and left side upstairs double are £330. Both are large rectangular rooms
Smaller upstairs double is £325 - it is shown as a single in the photos as we knocked through a wall to create a double bedroom after we took them. It's painted blue and has a built in wardrobe
Single is £300 - it has a built in wardrobe and alcove shelving - the bed has recently been replaced for a metal frame.
If the whole house is rented then the cost is £1250 PCM (it is deliberately slightly lower I'm not just bad at maths)
Kitchen appliances have all been replaced over the last couple of years, as has the shower.
House is double glazed, with gas heating.
Being a cornish cottage it is susceptible to mould - not major just surface - Painting measures have been taken to minimise this but as in the contract no deposit deductions are made for anything relating to it.
