The house!

Hi, I'm a chilled professional looking for someone to join my tenancy. My current housemate has moved out for pastures new, and I'm looking for someone to take his place.

The house is a semi-detached in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac with heaps of communal space; with a warm and cosy living room, spacious kitchen and dining space, and large conservatory. The house comes fully furnished, with central heating and fast fibre optic, all new and up to date.

The room is a small double, furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and is airy and bright with a SW-facing window that looks out into the garden.

The property also has a lovely large and private green garden, off-road parking, and a large shed for storage (and a tumble dryer!). It's placed within easy walking distance of the Uni Campus, the College, and Penryn station, and is only a 5 minute walk from College reservoir and local green spaces, and is on a bus route for easy access into Falmouth. I've been here since 2019 and have loved every minute.

I’m a chilled professional with a variety of interests, including getting out and about in nature, swimming, reading and writing.

I also have a 5 year old (very friendly!) cat (pic for attention) at the property. However, he’s a one-cat house so I’m afraid no other pets can be accepted.

The cost per month is £465pcm, bills not included, but they come to roughly 70 per month, excl. Council tax.
