The house!

Hi, I'm a chilled professional looking for someone to join my tenancy. My current housemate is finishing his placement, and I'm looking for someone to take his place.

The house is a semi-detached in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac with a warm and cosy living room, spacious kitchen and dining space, and large and bright conservatory. The house also has a large and green private garden, private driveway, large outdoor storage shed, tumble dryer, and comes fully furnished, with central heating and ultra-fast broadband.

The bedroom itself is a small double, furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and is airy and bright with a SW-facing window that looks out into the garden.

Locationwise, the house is set back from the main road in a quiet street, with a bus stop on the main road and the train station a 10 minute walk away, and easy driving routes in and out of town.

You're also only a few minutes walk away from the local supermarket, local social amenities like Verdant taproom, Boulder-Ryn, and the football, cricket, and rugby clubs, and a 5 minute walk away from College reservoir and woodland green spaces.

The cost per month is £475pcm, bills not included, but they come to roughly 70 per month, excl. Council tax.

I’m a chilled professional with a variety of interests, including hiking, getting outdoors, running, swimming, reading and writing, and a bit of an all-round nerd. I've lived here since 2019, and I've honestly loved every minute.

I also have a 5 year old very friendly cat (pic for attention) at the property. However, he’s a one-cat house so I’m afraid no other pets can be accepted.
