There is a large deck and garden at the back of the house that overlooks the fields by College Lake and Penryn Harbour. It's sheltered from the wind, so a lovely place to sit on sunny days during autumn and winter.

I am a live-out landlord, but on call whenever needed.

Looking for two clean, tidy, friendly and respectful people to look after my home for six months. Working professionals, ideally 25 or above.
