Room available from August 2026 in our bungalow while it is on the market to be sold. The room contains a king size double bed and plenty of storage. En-suite with 'rainfall' shower and wifi demist mirror. There is another bathroom for the other lodgers and a WC as well in the utility room.

You must be quiet, tidy, considerate and 'on it' with kitchen cleanliness and recycling as this is a LOW WASTE, LOW ENERGY consumption household with elderly neighbours who must not be disturbed.

Furthermore, there will be regular viewings as the house is on the market, so everything must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

This is a beautiful house with lovely views and a large, quiet garden and spacious living areas. Not a 'student house' but a home from home for responsible and organised women!

A separate office is available for all lodgers to share.

All bills included, space for car on drive and bikes/boards in garage.

Garden and greenhouse available for growing veggies is you wish. Both in need of TLC.
