Double room in Penryn

A large double room in a recently renovated home, offered to the right person at a potentially reduced rate in exchange for some company and occasional walks for our friendly Labrador.
The house has been recently renovated (with a few finishing touches still ongoing). It has a large garden- a genuine pleasure in the summer- which you’re welcome to use, tend, or simply enjoy, as well as outdoor storage for a bike. The arrangement would probably suit someone who values their own space, is respectful and treats a shared home with the same care they would their own. I work in London and am usually in Cornwall every other weekend or so. You would be sharing the house with a very lovely young couple.
