Double room in Penryn

A well-proportioned double rooms in a recently renovated house, offered to the right person at a reduced rate in exchange for some company and walks for one friendly Labrador who will be very glad of it when I am in London.
The house has been fully renovated and is kept to a high standard. It has a large garden- a genuine pleasure in summer which you're welcome to use, tend, or simply enjoy. The arrangement suits someone who values their own space, and treats a shared home with the same care they'd want for their own.
One Labrador, well-tempered and house-trained, will be staying while my son is abroad. I work in London and in Cornwall on weekends only. He doesn't need constant attention but he does need someone who is genuinely comfortable around dogs and happy to be around for him during the week, feed him and take him on walks. In return, rent can be offered at a reduced rate. References might be obtained.
