Lg dbl flex rent in Penryn - must be dog friendly

I have a bright and large double room for rent in Packsaddle area of Penryn. Living with myself (live-in landlady) and my nervous rescue dog, Bear. My partner (male) lives elsewhere but spends some time here and vice versa.

10 mins walk from Penryn campus and buses to Falmouth and Truro. Walking distance to ASDA.

Lovely quiet road with countryside views.

Room comes with double bed, sofa, desk, plenty of storage and all bills included (Wifi is via 4G so fine but would struggle with gaming). I use my living room as an office so whilst it is shared it's not always available during the day. But room has sofa and (elderly) TV compatible with Firestick or similar.

Shared kitchen and bathroom (bath-shower)

One parking space on drive plus on street parking.

Sloped garden down to stream. Wildlife garden so don't expect a neat lawn - but a nice space to chill.

Looking for someone who is dog friendly and dog confident. Bear is a medium-sized, lovely but nervous rescue with a tricky past - she can take some time to warm up to people (especially men) but is adoring once she does. This would need to be considered when inviting guests to the house too.

I am flexible on length of stay and open to discussing with potential tenants. I will be undertaking work on the house in the near future and there may be as-yet-unknown disruptions (which would come with a discussion and appropriate rent decreases!). So for now would prefer short lets.
