Double room available in a lovely central cottage

I have a lovely double room available in a characterful and well decorated cottage with new appliances and furniture in central Penryn. 5 min walk from the station and Penryn high street. Close to the uni campuses and Falmouth. I’m a 30 something female, working in design and architecture. I moved to cornwall over a couple of years ago and enjoying the Cornish life with friends and family nearby. Looking for someone friendly, respectful who is looking for a comfortable and chilled living setup. The room and rent is £650 including bills per month. I have a very friendly and approachable black and white cat. The house has a separate living area, garden, private parking if needed, tumble dryer, central heating and fast broadband.
