The house is shared with an adult mother and daughter and one other lodger, creating a quiet, friendly and respectful living environment that's ideal for someone who appreciates a peaceful home.

• Access to a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing or studying outdoors
• Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities

The household also includes a friendly cat and dog, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable living in a home with pets and enjoys a homely atmosphere.
