Double room available from mid to late October. Room is spacious, light and airy. The room is furnished and room for additional furniture if required. There’s a double bed, 2 double large drawers fitted under bed, double fitted wardrobe, high cupboard, low shelf unit, 2 drawer bed pedestal. There’s a desk available as well if required.
Friendly and comfortable house share. Gas combi boiler still under warranty, well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, washing machine, dual cooker with gas hob and electric oven. Kitchen was quite recently refurbished. TV in lounge room, broadband with fibre internet. Bathroom has bath and electric shower fitted over bath, and there’s a patio garden. Central location in Penryn Town and walkable to train station, bus stop, post office, cafes, pubs and supermarket. Pavement parking close by or free car park. This room was advertised previously but I was unable to arrange viewings at that time as I was unavailable.. There’s a second room which will become available in approximately 6 weeks time, as well.
