Hi we have one bedroom in our student house available with 3 girls. There are 2.5 washrooms, a shared kitchen and living room and a garden with a patio. The house has great amenities including parking, garage, washer and dryer and plenty of storage space. It is a 10 min walk from penryn campus and 5 mins from penryn town centre. There is also one cat living at the house. We're looking to find someone to meet ve in around 20th October.
