Room available in friendly 6-bed property

We are looking for a 6th person to fill our house in Penryn (very close to Asda). There are 3 girls, 1 non-binary, and 1 guy, ranging from early 20s to early 30s.

We’ve got a spare double bedroom, sharing the main bathroom with 3 other people, but there is also a downstairs loo. We share a large lounge and kitchen, with a garage that we use primarily for storage, and a garden with a patio. There’s plenty of space for parking on the estate or driveway, and easy access to buses or Penryn station.

The rent is £550pcm not including bills.
Bills come to around £55-£65 a month.
Council tax is about £63 each (council tax band F).
Deposit is £634.
We rent through Martin & Co, but the landlord is the dad of one of the current tenants.

We are all relatively active people, all play sport, are creative and inclusive, with a very wide range of jobs between us. We often do things together as a household, such as going to the pub or the beach, and watching TV in the evenings.
