Studio apartment

I have a studio apartment available from end of August/beginning September.
I am looking for a mature single female tenant, student or professional. They must be quiet, super clean and tidy, but sociable and easy to get along with.
I am into yoga, playing tennis, cycling, hiking, gardening, cooking and travel/cinema, among other things.
My studio is attached to the main house and would suit someone who is happy to live in a peaceful environment, ( ie no loud music/parties ), particularly as I work ( as a therapist) from home and live at the property myself.
Ideally people who share similar interests, but not essential.
I am looking for a mature responsible individual who will respect and look after my apartment., (it is used as a holiday rental in the summer).
There is parking available in the street and the property is a short walk from Penryn campus and the railway station.
