Pentire, quiet estate in 2 min walking distance to Fistral Beach Newquay & town 10 mins walk.
Lovely sunny garden and views over the Gannel Estuary. Use of the whole house & your modern fresh furnished sunny double room.
-( double pull out day bed with integral wardrobe & optional desk)
Parking, all bills wifi etc all included.
I am house proud & a clean freak so would suit someone who is the same.

Early rising & early to bed household, so would suite similar full-time working person.
(Not suitable for people choosing to work from home.)
Iam a Lover of music fashion interior design, being outdoors in nature, staying fit, Qigong, gardening, travel, dancing, sea swimming, cooking, family & friends and going to the beach.
Non smoking household & apologies, no pets as property has never been suitable for animals.

Would need; 1 months Rent & Deposit upfront joint contract provided.

Minimum 12 mths tenancy
