Our Lovely Newquay Home by Fistral Beach

We're a couple who absolutely love living in Newquay, but we're heading up to Somerset for a little while to stay with an unwell family member. We're having our first baby too, so being closer to family during this time is our preference.

We've lived in Newquay together since covid and really love the space we've created and the community. We are sauna / cold swimming lovers, and really make the most of being in nature.

The flat is right next to Fistral Beach, with a sea view. It's my favourite part of Newquay and so special in the winter, quieter and local. We're pet friendly so happy to accept dogs and cats.

We also run our own business together and have both worked remotely from the flat, so we know it works really well as a home-working space too.

The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite), and we're quite flexible about how we set it up. It could work really well for two people sharing, with a bathroom each, or for a couple who would prefer to use the second bedroom as a dedicated office.

It's fully furnished and has everything you need to feel at home.

**A little about the arrangement:**

We're ideally looking for someone to move in during November, although we're flexible on the exact date. We're hoping to return around May, so we're initially looking for around six months, but there's a chance this could be extended.

Rent is £1,600 per month
