We have one room to rent in our flat (home :D) in Pentire, Newquay.
It’s a 4 min walk to south fistral and super close to Crantock. There is plenty of parking nearby and has never been a problem.
The room itself is bright and spacious. Comes fully furnished with bed / cubboards.
The rent includes most bills (wifi, council tax, tv license) with water and electricity split between us, which comes in on average at £80pp a month ish.
In the flat are myself (Beth), my girlfriend (Elloise) she’s a dentist, and (Hannah) surf coach / TA. We all like surfing, being outside but also love watching movies, cooking nice dinners and chilling in the flat.
Also I occasionally look after a golden lab, so dog cuddles are included :P
