Lovely double rooms a short walk to the sea

Recently restored Georgian Townhouse close to the sea and Penlee Park in Penzance. Separate laundry room out the back of the house with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has 3 floors. The ground floor consists of Open plan living dining area and in winter we have a wood burner that is cosy as well as new central heating and vintage radiators. There is also a separate well stocked kitchen, I love to cook. The first floor consists of the 2 bedrooms available and shared bathroom for the 2 rooms. The bathroom has both bath and shower. The third floor is my room and bathroom. I am away with work for 3 weeks of each month. I am fairly relaxed, like a tidy home and people that clean up after themselves. I also have 2 cats who currently live between my house and my neighbour who takes care of them when I am away so pet friendly folk are very welcome.
