Recently restored Georgian Townhouse close to the sea and Penlee Park in Penzance. Separate laundry room out the back of the house with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has 3 floors. The ground floor consists of Open plan living dining area and in winter we have a wood burner that is cosy as well as new central heating and vintage radiators. There is also a separate well stocked kitchen, I love to cook. The first floor consists of the 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom for the 2 rooms. . The third floor is my room and bathroom and is available as I will be easy for work . I am fairly relaxed, like a tidy home and people that clean up after themselves. I also have 2 cats, they come with the house so cat lovers are very welcome. I work as a documentary filmmaker and community yoga teacher and enjoy. long walks, reading and cooking.
