The top floor of a beautifully restored Georgian Townhouse is now available. Large Double room Available from May 15Th , fully furnished with organic mattress and Cornish Iron Company king size bed. Walk in Wardrobe next door to the bedroom which also leads into the ensuite bathroom. The Bathroom has both a large walk in shower and a clawed foot bathtub, sink and toilet. This is the top floor of a 3 story townhouse which is located just by Penlee Park and Penzance Tennis club. The ground floor consists of a cosy living area with working wood burner and open plan dining area. Beyond that is the full equipped kitchen and laundry room with both washing machine and for winter and rainy days a tumble dryer. The garden is at the front of the house with a decked area and outside table and bench. . On the first floor are 2 bedrooms which shared a bathroom - both of these rooms are occupied. There are also 2 cats so cat lovers preferred as they pretty much own the house although they do respect closed doors. We are a pretty quiet and very tidy household. We socialise but respect each others space as we all have different work schedules. We all like to cook. The room is available from the 19th August. - Minimum stay of 3 months.
