Hi, I have a small room to rent in Penzance for the summer months. The room is very basic but can come with a double or single bed. I live on a quiet street 3 minutes from the train station. All bills included, there is Wi-Fi, no washing machine but a laundrette just a few minutes away. I have a cat and a dog so you must like animals! I don't mind if you smoke but outside in the backyard, vaping inside is fine.
