Cosy double in countryside cottage

Lovely south facing room, lots of light all day

Single female preferred. A cosy furnished double room in a two bed countryside cottage. You would be sharing with me and my rescue dog. The cottage is in a very pretty and quiet area and just a stones throw from Perranwell train station so great links to Truro or Falmouth for work/uni or socialising. There is also parking on the quiet byway outside the house and a shed with some space for a bike/surfboard. I'm 37, a self employed designer-maker and enjoy walking with my dog, running, eating out, occasional trips to the pub and cooking for friends/family.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who occasionally works/studies from home so that my dog has more company on the days when I work in town. In the house I’m sociable and happy chatting/having a drink but also totally respect a housemates own space too.

Important note: The cottage is currently being renovated - this does not effect the bedrooms or bathroom upstairs but will be a bit disruptive downstairs for a little while longer, hence the room price. £500 is for a full time student and for an employed professional there would also be a contribution towards council tax.
