Cosy double in countryside cottage

Professional female preferred. A cosy furnished double room in a three bed countryside cottage. You would be sharing with me, my current housemate and my rescue dog. The cottage is in a very pretty and quiet area and just a stones throw from Perranwell train station so great links to Truro or Falmouth for work/uni or socialising (just ten mins to either). There is parking on the quiet byway outside the house. I'm 40, a self employed designer-maker and enjoy walking with my dog, running, eating out, occasional trips to the pub and cooking/baking. My housemate is female, 30 and teaches sailing. In the house we are sociable and happy chatting/having a drink but also totally respect a housemates own space. It’s a friendly home and we occasionally go to events/socialise together in town too :)
