A well presented double room is available in Ponsanooth (on a bus route to Penryn campus + Falmouth). It'd suit a student/single working person and is available from June 8, possibly earlier.

The room overlooks the front garden and has a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table and a double radiator. As the house is on the edge of the village and is semi rural, you may be woken by birdsong!

The room is a double, about 11 X 10 feet, but won't suit anyone with mountains of stuff.

There is shared use of a modern, well fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. There's a shared bathroom with small bath and a separate shower cubicle. A washing machine, tumble dryer and a large shared fridge freezer are in the utility room off the kitchen.

A good sized dining room/sitting room is through an archway from the kitchen which is generally for the sole use of whoever rents the room. There's a washing line and racks for drying clothes in the rear garden on sunny/breezy days.

It's a no shoe household and there's gas central heating throughout with on street parking on the cul de sac.

Ideally the room will suit a quiet student or working person (not from home, sorry) who is used to or at ease with sharing a home with two house cats. The cats may accept a well behaved friendly dog who is used to cats (but not a dog who is left alone at home all day).

I am a friendly, live-in landlady, and am looking for somone similar, preferably female, who keeps things clean and tidy.

Use of the gardens including a private, sunny rear garden with various seating areas.

Ponsanooth has a pub with beer garden and which serves tasty food, and a well stocked village shop with post office. Less than five minutes' walk away is a bus stop with buses to Penryn University campus and Falmouth, and also buses to Truro. There are also plenty of lovely walks in the country lanes around here.

Bills included IE gas, electric, water, WiFi. If you're not a full time student, a £30 monthly contribution towards council tax would be payable.
