An Arm Chair ( optional ). Under bed space. Linen curtain. Large Cream Rug/ floorboards. Long pine mirror. Egyptian cotton bottom sheet supplied, plus 2 pillows (feather & foam ).

I’m easy going, friendly, kind & thoughtful, quiet & tidy. Super quiet but love a laugh & chat I’m a young 66 year old. I have two boys 28 & 31 who live in London. Coaches/ Pro Tennis players! I’ve been a land lady for 10 years now & love it. I’ve met some great friends along the way, most who still come see me! I love painting & ALL things creative. I used to be an Art teacher to kids. A Nanny. A Cook an Air hostess. Pub owner. House/ Dog sitter. Gardener. Housekeeper. Worked on Yachts. Run a Reclamation Yard. Ive a degree in Ceramics & I’ve sold my Art. I’ve lived abroad & traveled a lot, now I just chill & paint & go down rabbit holes, well not literally! I love finding out about new things, & hearing about people’s lives & helping out where I can. I love anything Medical & Mindful, the Guitar & Hang instrument (thanks Matt😘)! I was a rebel at school & I’m open minded & non judgmental. I love my home, I’m Spiritual but not religious & love meeting new like minded people 🌸

The Large wild mature garden, has two grassed areas, a large sunny decking & patio area, vine & a magnolia tree & Indian bean tree. A bench & 2 comfy chairs. 2 Strimers & a Leat that runs through it! It’s south facing, up stone steps & all for your sole use pretty much most of the time! Seating is outside of front door. All south facing.

There is a shared Bathroom with a bath & great overhead shower.

The Kitchen is shared & fully equipped with Air Fryer ( sorry no oven ) microwave & 4 electric hobs. Kitchen over looks
